Stress in a general sense, occurs because of the happenings below/above one’s expectations. It instigates one’s mind to think more than usual. Stress is not something limited to specific people/specie and type in fact, its a part and parcel of every living thing in this world.
It is impossible to avoid stress. Stress is going to happen in every day of your life. So we need to learn how to get rid of stressful situation. The key to this is to identify stressors and break it down to different categories

This helps you to privatize your problem and eliminate the things that adds to more stress. Majority of us have common problems that causes stresses.
- Too much eating, drinking
- work load
- sleeping too much
- Cutting out from, friends, family
- Increase of financial burden
- emotional problems. anxiety, disorder
If you ignore the problem, stress may increase to multiple extent until you defy it. Every one should figure out what they can do on a daily basis to reduce their own stress. Few of the general suggestions are:
- Enlist the tasks to be done on daily basis
- Exercise is a key to reduce stress
- Give due time to your hobby
- Eating specific nutrients
- Take a long bath
- Balancing blood Sugar
- Bring close yourself to nature
It should be consider that stress can be more than mental stress. It could be imagination stress, it could be due to insufficient nourishment, chemicals, trauma, lack of sleep, extreme heat, extreme cold. The problem is that many of us have currently, daily stress and this results in fatigue of a stress respond system and reduce of body to cope and handle stress. I would like to simplify things by thinking of it, like you have a stress response tank, by doing some of the ideas mentioned you refill the tank and the body’s stress response system cashes in on the tank reduces what you have stored in the tank. so i suggest you to take 20 minutes out of the day, import into your stress tank that is simple way of taking care of yourself.
Remember, do not consider stress in negative sense at all, Positive stressors exists and they may have a great deal of motivation for people. All of us are in sphere of stress of different kinds all the time, Its totally depend on how we gonna manage stress on daily basis.
The purpose of writing blog on stress free is to share personal experiences of mine and surroundings. Being a student of Management as well as pursuing Job, i have to interact with academia as well as corporate sector tycoons, what i felt is, we need to plan 24 hours a day to manage time as time management is first thing that create building blocks for present and future tasks.
